Be ready for the EU eFTI regulation

We are building eFTI Connect — a lightweight connector that becomes the single IT hub between your WMS, TMS, ERP/CRM and eFTI services.

Connect once. Share structured transport data everywhere. Avoid hundreds of point‑to‑point integrations.

Introduction / Overview

eFTI Connect is a unified integration platform designed to facilitate compliance with the European Union’s electronic Freight Transport Information (eFTI) Regulation (EU 2020/1056). It enables logistics stakeholders to exchange standardized, digital freight transport data efficiently and securely. By aligning with the EU’s regulatory framework, eFTI Connect addresses the challenges of fragmented data exchange, reducing manual paperwork and enabling seamless interoperability between transport management systems and public authorities.

Use Cases

Integration Capabilities

eFTI Connect supports integration with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and official eFTI platforms. It implements standardized API endpoints based on open data and interoperability standards, facilitating consistent data exchange. The platform supports RESTful APIs with JSON payloads, OAuth 2.0 authentication, and message validation against the eFTI data model specifications.

Compliance & Regulation

The eFTI Regulation (EU 2020/1056) mandates that freight transport information be electronically accessible to authorities across all EU member states. Implementation is staged between 2025 and 2027, with full compliance required by all logistics operators, including carriers, freight forwarders, and digital service providers. eFTI Connect ensures alignment with regulatory requirements across participating EU countries, simplifying compliance through standardized digital documentation.
